Flare is a character from Eiichiro Oda’s one-shot “Monsters.”

Flare is a young girl with shoulder-length dark brown hair and dark green eyes. She wears a white shirt with line patterns and an orange apron over it, bearing a striking resemblance to Nami before the timeskip.

In the anime, Flare’s appearance is slightly different: her hair is pale orange, her eyes are pale blue, her shirt is yellow with a simpler stripe pattern, and her apron is navy blue. Additionally, she wears brown pants with boots.
